As noted in the MLS Next U16 team soccer rankings you'll note that there are no MLS academy teams listed due to the fact that those academies combine their perceived top U16 boys with their U17 boys on one U17 team.
Note that the U16 boys soccer rankings could be extremely volatile over the coming weeks as players who were previously with MLS academy teams may be returning or moving to clubs outside of the MLS academy system.
